Hila Himi
CEO, Discount Capital
Hila joined Discount Capital in 2015 and serves as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining Discount Capital, Hila founded and managed an independent investment banking practice, after several years as a lead partner in Giza Singer Even's Corporate Finance & Investment Banking Division. Hila brings with her a strong track record that includes dozens of private and public transactions, advising top management of both Israeli and international companies in their most notable transactions in the Israeli market.
Hila holds an LLB (Law) and a BA in Communication from Tel Aviv University, and an Executive MBA from the Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University.
Hila is currently a board member of Super-Pharm and Menif Financial Services, and also sits on the advisory boards of several portfolio funds, including Fortissimo Capital, Plenus Venture Lending Fund, and Rothschild Fund, among others.
